What does your debit card say about your business? Make a statement with your own custom business debit card. And it's an easy way to distinguish business cards from personal cards in your wallet.

With Design Mine, businesses can customize their card in a few simple steps.

• Choose from our gallery of images, or upload a personal image of your own (see our image guidelines) – your business logo, business storefront or corporate headquarters.
• Follow the directions and crop, rotate or flip your uploaded image; or confirm the image you selected from our gallery.
• Review your card design, enter your card information and submit your order.

Your new card will be mailed to you and should arrive within 10 to 12 business days.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to have my debit card number to order a Design Mine business card?
Yes. If you do not currently have a debit card, you need to visit a local branch to request a card number so you can then order a Design Mine business debit card.

When I order my Design Mine business debit card will my debit card number or PIN change?
No, your debit card number and PIN will remain the same.

How much does a Design Mine business debit card cost?
There is no charge for your first Design Mine business debit card order, or for cards ordered 12 months or more after your previous Design Mine card order. If you order a new Design Mine business debit card within 12 months of your last card order, a $10.00 charge will be applied to your checking account.

If I create a Design Mine business debit card, will other cardholders on the account receive the same card design?
No, when you customize your debit card you are customizing only your card.

What image format can I use?
All photos need to be in JPEG (.jpg), PNG, GIF, Bitmap (.bmp) or TIFF format. The image size must be at least 480 pixels by 480 pixels. The resolution must be at least 300 dpi, and the higher resolution your image is, the better your card will appear when printed. Please refer to our image guidelines for full details.

What if my picture is too large or small? Can I modify the size, and if so, how?
If you are unable to upload your picture because the file size is too large, you can modify the picture's size by using a photo editor of your choice. If you try to upload a photo that is too small, your image will lose quality when resizing it larger. Please refer to our image guidelines to help you to choose a photo.

How will I know if my image has been approved?
You will receive an email notification when your image is approved or disapproved. The review process may take up to 24 hours.

What should I do if my image is not approved?
If you are notified by email that the image you submitted is not approved, we encourage you to use a different image that meets our image guidelines. In many cases using an image that is not showing trademarked or copyrighted material will solve the problem.

Will I be able to use my current debit card while waiting for my new Design Mine business card to arrive?
Yes, you can use your current debit card until your receive and activate your new Design Mine business debit card.

What happens when my Design Mine business debit card expires and is re-issued?
If you do nothing, your re-issued card will have your current image. If you want to change the image on your re-issued card, then simply use the Design Mine card designer to create and submit a new card design within 10 days prior to the first day of your card expiration month.

I did not receive my new Design Mine business debit card. What should I do?
If you have not received your card after 12 business days, please contact Customer Care to check on the status of your order.
