Loreen Lagatta

I am Atlantic Union Bank’s Chief Human Resources Officer and am responsible for leading the HR team and defining the Human Capital Strategy.  Every day our leadership team works together to achieve the desired outcomes of the business through our most valuable resource – our Teammates!   I am excited about the future of Atlantic Union Bank and the cultural transformation underway.    I am passionate about our Teammate experience, ensuring that we have an inclusive workplace that values diversity and that each teammate has what they need to succeed.   My team and I work together to ensure we acquire, develop, reward and retain the best talent!
 
I spent 16 years in Business and HR Leadership roles at Citigroup and have held HR Leadership roles at Capital One and Wachovia.

I graduated from Baruch College with a B.B.A and a minor in Human Resources and I earned my Master’s Degree in Human Resources/Organizational Change from Fordham University.
