I am passionate about building and creating customer experiences that are frictionless, flawless and convenient - experiences that truly delight our customers.  I’m most proud when I can build an experience in such a thoughtful way that it solves a need for the customer that they didn’t even realize they had. At the end of the day, making banking easier for our customers is what I’m most passionate about and what drew me to Atlantic Union Bank.

I started my career working at a private wealth management firm in Boston, MA processing stock trades. I was drawn to Technology where I could put my ability to translate business and customer needs into thoughtful technological solutions. This is when my career in Digital began. I later joined Citizens Bank where I led a team to build the first mobile app for the bank in 2008. I continued at Citizens Bank for 10 years building and optimizing award-winning mobile customer experiences. I then ran Digital for the Consumer and Business Banking teams at Santander.

Outside of work, I am extremely competitive, and I love a competitive game of tennis, street hockey, board games, playing cards, or anything where there is a challenge or competition.

I attended Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts where I studied Business Administration. Recently, I graduated from the Consumer Banking Executive Banking School in 2018.
