Alison Holt-Fuller

Head of Product and Enterprise First Line Risk Management

Throughout my 20+ years in banking, I have developed a deep understanding of what matters to customers. This helps me guide my team to position our products and services in a way that meets their needs and delivers a better, easier customer experience.

I’m most passionate about what I call the trifecta – being a champion for our customers, colleagues, and risk management. I look for opportunities where I can make a difference, whether it is improvements in our product offerings, development of teammates, or protecting the best interests of our customers and the bank.

At Atlantic Union Bank, we have a framework in place that helps us create and maintain innovative, customer-centric, and scalable solutions, while protecting our customers and the bank.

I’m originally from Texas, have lived in Birmingham and Boston, and now call Richmond, VA my home. I hold a BBA from The University of Texas at Arlington, an MBA from The University of Dallas, and also completed the Consumer Bankers Association Executive Banking School.

Away from banking, I’m an active volunteer and fundraiser for Junior Achievement, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Habitat for Humanity, and Project Homes. I’m also an avid sports fan, whether it is attending a sports event or participating in sporting activities.
