Update for branch visits
Customers who have made an appointment to visit our branches in person are now required to wear a face mask or other face covering that covers the mouth and nose as a result of COVID-19 related requirements in Virginia, North Carolina and Maryland. We are asking our customers and clients to help us comply with these requirements by wearing a face mask or other appropriate face covering while inside our branches.

Update regarding Economic Impact Payments
We hope you are remaining safe during the continued events of the COVID-19 pandemic. The impact to families, businesses and communities is certainly far reaching. While everyone is juggling a lot to endure this situation, please continue to know that Atlantic Union Bank – your bank – is here to support you throughout.
The passing of the economic rescue package will provide some added relief from the government for many. If you are receiving assistance, we wanted to provide some helpful information. Most of our customers won’t have to take any action because you pay taxes and the IRS has your information.
Electronic Deposit of Individual Economic Impact Payments
For Americans who aren’t required to pay taxes, the IRS and the U.S. Treasury launched a new website where you can enter information, including bank account details, about where you want the stimulus money to be deposited.
https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/non-filers-enter-payment-info-here. If you file taxes but the IRS doesn’t have your direct deposit information, and you’re still waiting for payment, you can provide the information via the Get My Payment link (starting mid-April).
https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/economic-impact-payments. As a reminder, Atlantic Union Bank’s
routing number is 051403164 – see below on where to find routing and account number information on your checks.
Receiving Paper Checks
If you receive a paper check in the mail instead, you can deposit it remotely through the Atlantic Union Bank mobile app or at any of our bank ATMs as long as the name on your check matches the name on your account. Learn more about the anytime, anywhere benefits of mobile banking by downloading our app today.
https://www.atlanticunionbank.com/personal/online-mobile-banking If your names don’t match, please visit a drive thru at your local branch. Our
Find a Location button lets you quickly find the location most convenient to you.
Taking Care to Prevent Fraud
We want you to be safe, so take caution against scammers trying to get you to sign over your check to them or “verify” your filing information in order to steal your money. Cybercriminals continue to use concerns about the coronavirus to launch phishing attacks. Emails may try to entice you with the promise of the latest virus information or the sale of scam products. Phone numbers can be easily spoofed with callers fraudulently posing as the FDIC or IRS seeking to gather personal data. As a reminder, Atlantic Union Bank will never call asking for personal information such as your PIN. And even if a phone or text display says “Atlantic Union Bank”, it may not actually be us calling. Please be cautious about clicking on email links, opening attachments referencing coronavirus or sharing information unless you are sure it is a trusted contact.
If we can help in any way with your banking needs, please call our Customer Care Center at 800.990.4828.
Let perseverance be your engine and hope your fuel.

COVID-19 Support for Customers and Teammates
The current COVID-19 situation we are facing is unprecedented, and we need to unify to support those around us. Atlantic Union Bank has been committed to our communities for more than a century, and we will continue to provide support in the days, weeks and months ahead. It is critical we all do our part to help each other during these challenging times. As a community we are stronger together.
Based on this, we wanted to share new measures that Atlantic Union Bank is providing to support the needs of our customers and Teammates in response to the global pandemic.
Customers Experiencing Financial Hardship
Atlantic Union Bank is committed to helping customers who are dealing with a financial hardship related to the COVID-19 pandemic. In response, we’re offering need-based support for consumer and business clients, including payment relief assistance for loans, penalty waivers for early CD withdrawals and select fee waivers and other concessions.
Additionally, Atlantic Union Bank is a preferred Small Business Administration (SBA) lender and can partner with the SBA to identify if clients are eligible for the SBA’s Economic Injury Disaster relief program.
Customers in need of relief options should call the Customer Care Center at 800.990.4828 or can contact their Relationship Manager directly.
Consumer and business clients are encouraged to use online and mobile banking. Transaction capabilities include available balances, remote check deposit, bill pay and funds transfer.
We've also partnered with Zelle
® so you can easily send and receive money with people you trust who have a bank account in the U.S.
Supporting Teammates
With more than 2,000 Teammates, the well-being of our Atlantic Union Bank Teammates is critically important during this uncertain and stressful time. We worked diligently over the past couple of weeks to provide additional support for our Teammates, including relaxing the paid time off policy to ensure they can stay home when sick or to care for a sick family member, offering stress management tools and resources and implementing a work from home model, where applicable.
In the best interest and protection of all customers, Teammates and communities, we began serving customers through our drive thru and in branch lobbies by appointment only, until further notice. By complying with social distancing standards, Atlantic Union Bank is doing its part to help slow the spread of the disease.
Please continue to visit us at www.AtlanticUnionBank.com for ongoing updates and to access your accounts online. Or you can contact our Customer Care agents who are available by phone at 800.990.4828 or your Relationship Manager to answer questions and provide assistance.

Please continue to be diligent in protecting yourself from fraud
Fraudsters continue to use the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic as tactic to commit fraud. In our ongoing attempt to keep you safe, we wanted to bring your attention to a potential scam you might encounter. Fraudsters are reaching out to individuals and businesses claiming to be FDIC (Federal Deposit Insurance Company) employees, then trying to obtain personal and business information during the phone calls. The FDIC will rarely contact someone directly, so please don’t share your information. In addition, be cautious about clicking on email links or opening attachments referencing coronavirus, unless you are sure they are from a trusted source.

We're here for you: Updates related to coronavirus (COVID-19)
With the heightened news surrounding the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), we felt it was important to provide you with an update to reassure you of our preparedness and to help protect you. Making banking easier for our customers and clients has always been a priority. And in the midst of concerns surrounding coronavirus, it’s no exception.
We are prepared
Atlantic Union Bank has an Enterprise Business Continuity Plan in place which provides a comprehensive strategy to protect the organization from events that can disrupt normal business functions. The plan includes details specific to protocol during a pandemic event. Rest assured, we’re positioned to continue providing critical banking services to our customers, clients and community.
In addition, our teammates are following guidance to help prevent the spread of the virus, including frequent and thorough washing of hands and keeping work surfaces and equipment clean. Like many organizations, we have limited any non-essential corporate travel, are enabling work-at-home for many roles and requested that our teammates who are sick stay home.
Protecting your information
Cybercriminals are using concerns about the virus to launch phishing attacks. These emails may try to entice you with the promise of the latest virus information, the sale of scam products or the request for personal information. Because of this, please be cautious about clicking on email links or opening attachments referencing coronavirus, unless you are sure they are from a trusted source.
Bank at your own convenience
If you are wanting to reduce in-person interactions, as a reminder, many Atlantic Union Bank services can be easily and conveniently done from anywhere though online or mobile banking. If you haven’t enrolled, now would be a great time to benefit from these capabilities.
We will continue to monitor this health situation and adjust our response as needed. If you have questions about COVID-19, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) https://www.cdc.gov/, World Health Organization https://www.who.int/ and Virginia Department of Health (VDH) http://www.vdh.virginia.gov/coronavirus websites are good sources for accurate and up-to-date information.
